Alphabet (GB) has been independently certified as one of the best places to work by the Top Employers Institute for the 12th year in a row.

Alphabet was named as a “Top Employer” after showcasing “exemplary HR policies and people-first practices”.

The Top Employers Institute Programme certifies organisations based on the participation and results of its HR Best Practices Survey.

The survey covers six HR domains, which comprise over 100 questions across 20 topics, including people strategy, work environment, talent acquisition, learning, wellbeing and diversity & inclusion and more.

Mike Dennett, chief executive for Alphabet (GB) and BMW Financial Services (GB), said: “Our people remain the cornerstone of our business; they’re our greatest asset.

“However, it’s not just about attracting the best talent, but having the right principles in place to retain them and make all team members feel valued and an integral part of our journey.

“It’s always been important to create a collaborative and nurturing environment that inspires, promotes creativity and enables people to feel connected on both a professional and emotional level.

“It’s a privilege to come to work every day and to work with such an energised and engaged team.

"It makes for a great working experience to deliver the best outcomes for our customers.

“We’re always excited by what we can achieve together.”
