GSF Car Parts has completed the total rebrand of its estate and rolled out standardised opening hours across its branch network.
GSF Car Parts transitioned from a dozen local trading identities under The Parts Alliance to one national brand in November 2021.
Since then, it has undertaken a nationwide programme to install new signage, vehicle liveries and branding across all its branches, distribution centres and support offices.
The completion of the programme coincides with GSF Car Parts announcing the standardisation of its branch opening hours, with all GSF branches now open from 8am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday, then 8am to 2pm on Saturdays.
GSF Car Parts president and chief operating officer, Mark Eburne, said: “We’ve been delighted with the way the rebrand has gone and it’s fantastic to finally draw the curtain on this period of transition.
“We invested heavily in the transformation of our sites, our fleet and our people, and the result is a unified nationwide network with a strong and professional brand.
“We want to be as easy to do business with as possible and operating under one brand enables us to do that.
“This month we took the next step by standardising our branch opening hours, so customers know they can contact, order and collect from any GSF Car Parts branch from 8am to 5.30pm on weekdays and 8am to 2pm on Saturdays.”
The company’s rebranding programme has been accompanied by a period of expansion in 2022 through several branch openings in Avonmouth, Camborne, Saltash, Solihull, Wakefield, Welwyn Garden City, Wigan, Wirral and Yeovil.
Eburne continued: “It’s been an exciting period of growth and transformation, and we’re incredibly proud of the teams across the business who have brought all these changes to fruition.
“We’re committed to making GSF an excellent company to do business with and a rewarding place to work, and the improvements we’ve made to date reflect our commitment to this.”
Two new branches opened in Cornwall
GSF Car Parts has continued its expansion plans by opening new Cornish branches in Saltash and Camborne.
GSF Car Parts south-west divisional director, Simon McMullen, said: “GSF is growing its presence in the south-west and we’re confident that both Saltash and Camborne will be excellent additions to our network and their local automotive communities.
“Our existing branches across Devon and Cornwall have an excellent reputation for leading customer service, so we’re looking forward to building similarly strong relationships with customers across these new areas.”
The Saltash branch occupies a unit on the area’s biggest industrial estate, Edgcumbe Park, just off the A38 to the north west of the town.
Meanwhile, GSF’s Camborne branch is located on the Formal Business Park estate just off the A30 and is one of the most southerly sites in GSF’s network of more than 180 branches across the UK.
