Delegates at this year’s Fleet & Mobility Live at the NEC on October 3 & 4 will be some of the first people in the UK to experience Honda’s new e:Ny1 electric SUV.
It will be the first time the e:Ny1 has been on show to the public and it will form just one part of the line-up of vehicles the Japanese manufacturer will have on static display at the show.
Fleet managers that attend the show, which is free for fleet, HR and procurement professionals, will also be able to explore the new plug-in hybrid CR-V e:PHEV, ZR-V hybrid and fleet favourite Civic.
The e:Ny1 is the first car to be built on Honda's all-new front-wheel-drive e:N Architecture F platform.
Honda’s latest EV has a range of 256 miles (WLTP) from its 68.8kWh battery and the new model is due to go on sale at the end of October, with first deliveries expected by early 2024.
Meanwhile, the CR-V e:PHEV has an electric-only range of 50 miles and will sit in the 8% benefit-in-kind (BIK) tax band.
The e:PHEV’s battery will take around two-and-a-half hours to fully charge from empty from a 7kW charge point, and around 7.7 hours from a 2.3kW domestic wall socket.
Honda’s corporate sales team will be on hand at the show and the business has just recently relaunched its corporate programme in the UK.
The business has 18 franchised dealer fleet specialists in the UK that are working directly with Honda with the right infrastructure and support to help corporate customers and company car drivers.
Fleet & Mobility Live, brought to you by Fleet News, has been developed in association with fleet managers to help people in the industry learn, share, connect and discover.
The two day event features 18 seminar sessions, over 30 speakers and an exhibition hall packed with the latest electric vehicles and innovations from the UK’s leading fleet and mobility suppliers.
