Fleet livery and branding specialist Mediafleet has launched a 48-hour accident repair service designed to reduce vehicle off-road time and ensure corporate brand image is maintained.
The Oxfordshire-based company has pledged to supply graphics for vehicle repair purposes to a fleet’s nominated accident bodyshop within 48 hours of receiving an order; and, if required, send a member of its own mobile installation team to fit the new livery within 72 hours of order receipt.
The enhanced service level agreement applies to Mediafleet’s range of fleet livery solutions including simple cut graphics, vehicle wrapping, printed livery and contour fleet livery.
Barnaby Smith, managing director of Mediafleet, said: “Our accident repair programme has been operating successfully for a number of years and is a primary reason we maintain long-standing relationships with our customers.
"We have now decided, as part of our new marketing initiatives, to introduce this to a wider audience.”
The enhanced service from Mediafleet, which counts some of the UK’s best-known companies among its client base including energy companies SSE and E.ON, rental firm Europcar, and international facilities management services company OCS, follows the launch of a dedicated sales team and new corporate website.
