What’s new for 2016?
Mark Dickens, head of fleet sales operations and remarketing at Renault, said: “The all-new Mégane, which was showcased at Company Car in Action. Then in the autumn we’ll see a facelifted Clio introducing a dCi110 engine and the all-new Scenic launch in the UK.”
What are your hopes for 2016?
“A great launch for the all-new Mégane and all-new Scenic. I’m also looking forward to seeing our dealer network grow further to help achieve our GO5+ objectives.”
What new initiatives are you introducing for fleets?
“Renault expanded its key account management team in the last 12 months to help cope with increasing demand. 45% of Renault dealers now have dedicated business sales people, of which almost half are Pro+ major fleet centres.
“Renault also now has a dedicated field team of six SME direct sales area managers. In line with Renault’s range renewal, Renault has also expanded its Renault Business Hub to encompass a central team of fleet account executives who are on-hand to answer product and fleet specific queries and sales enquiries from SME customers and prospects.”
What’s the biggest automotive issue facing fleets this year?
“Having tax-efficient, low emission, safe, reliable and desirable vehicles on their fleets that have a low TCO. Something that Groupe Renault is well placed to provide.”
