COMPANY car drivers have given Lex Vehicle Leasing's One-Call service the thumbs up six months after its nationwide launch, according to the company's own research. Following a pilot scheme in the Manchester area early last year Lex One-Call was launched nationally six months ago.
According to the research 88% of drivers questioned said they would use Lex One-Call again; more than 90% of drivers said they liked the fact that One-Call arranged for the car to be collected and delivered back to the driver; while 79% were pleased with their being valeted and vacuumed after the repair or service work had been carried out.
