Chevin Fleet Solutions will this week be holding its annual customer user group at its global headquarters in Belper, Derbyshire.

Taking a more tailored approach to the user groups, this year will see Chevin run two consecutive events targeting private and public/third sector customers who use the software firm’s application, FleetWave. The events’ itineraries have been shaped around the requests and requirements of attending guests, with the aim of providing a platform for sharing best practice, networking with industry peers and facilitating enhanced understanding of FleetWave’s features and benefits in order to support leaner fleet operations.

Some of the topics on the agenda include, understanding internal performance benchmarking, turning local authority workshops into profit centres through the introduction of external servicing, the use of digital data capture and the growing need to accurately and effectively report on a number of fleet KPIs.

Previously held at prestigious venues across the Midlands region, Chevin’s managing director, Ashley Sowerby, has this year chosen to open the doors of the firm’s new corporate headquarters. Ashley comments, “After moving into larger premises at the end of last year, hosting our user group from the new headquarters seemed like an appropriate way to introduce customers to the new building without sacrificing the central location offered by the Midlands.

“We’ll once again be welcoming customers from as far afield as North America and look forward to the events’ new format, which I hope will enable more appropriate content, increased opportunity for one-on-one contact with Chevin personnel, more relevant discussions and enhanced networking opportunities for delegates.”

The private sector user group will be taking place on Wednesday 1st of May, followed by the public and third sector event on Thursday 2nd of May. The events are open to all relevant customers and limited spaces are still available.
